PickleRage agrees and acknowledges that Tenants shall be individually responsible to PickleRage for the payment of any fees and/or costs, including but not limited to late fees, special event and tournament fees, and membership enhancements incurred by Tenants in connection with use of the Club pursuant to the terms of this Agreement. For clarity, Apartment Landlords' obligation is limited to the membership fees only.
